MDA adduct ELISA and glutathione assays in mouse brain slices - how much tissue is needed per sample?

Has anyone tried these assays on single saggital brain slices from adult mice (MDA adduct from Cell Biolabs and glutathione from Sigma-Aldrich)? Would like to know ahead of time if it's feasible...
