Decision-making
Work Ethic
Time Management
Interpersonal Skills
Team work, motivation, time management, getting things done, emotional intelligence and presentation skills to name a few.

I think communication and public dealing should be inculcated at a very primary level..
In my opinion, along with all the above listed soft skills, stress management is the most important for the effective utilization of acquired skills and knowledge.
