Can you be more specific? Matlab 2011A is not that different than Matlab2010b, or Matlab 2011b and thus performs similar operations. Maybe you are talking about the Bioinformatics Toolbox? In that case you can perform multi-class classification, regressions and even use Support Vector Machines.
