In general, any combination of a Latex editor + an online math/Latex command convertor such as " https://www.codecogs.com/latex/eqneditor.php " works well.

For now it seems to be the fastest method but not anywhere close to the Mathtype. Looking forward to see a new version of Mathtype compatible with Mac systems.
