I am new to science and I am going to major in Marine Biology.
And I would like to start in the field of biotechnology of secondary metabolites in plants in order to investigate their uses for therapeutic purposes and I would like to know where there are scholarships available for Sep / 2021 in this area, as I do not have many financial conditions to do a master's degree alone

So, some universities that have a master's program in biotechnology focus on the area of plant compounds, like the program that i do, of biotechnology, from UFPA. However, registration is not yet open. UEL and UFPE universities are open for enrollment for a master's degree in biotechnology. UFPR also has a line of research in this field of study.
Just do a quick search and you will find programs with open registration, then you can check the research lines of these
As the others have pointed out, whether some scholarships are available or not will be an institution specific issue. So you need to make a list of universities that interest you and see if they have the appropriate scholarships/fellowships.
By the way, you should determine what precisely you are interested in doing. If your goal is really to develop therapeutics from secondary metabolites (regardless of whether the organisms are marine or not), that is most likely not going to be a Marine Biology program but more of a microbiology or biochemistry type program.
Apply for a scholarship to Department of in Biotechnology of the university as well as Government dept. of biotechnology.
