Does anyone have recommendations of a marker set for 3D motion tracking of the upper arm during a pointing task? Most studies I have come across have focused on reaching. I plan to use Vicon Nexus and several motion tracking cameras. Thank you!

Perhaps the model used in Plugin Gait (full body) can be used in your research. The 3d movement of the upper limbs is complex for large amplitudes with the use of Euler angles - perhaps other mathematical models need to be studied . I hope this material is useful. Best Regards,
