Hello Terry,

to me what's shown on your picture clearly looks like the onset of crystallization. The beautiful crystals swimming on the surface have nice sharp edges and look pretty good. In order to prove this, just take one out with a spatula and watch it under a magnifying glas or (better) under a microscope. This will show you that you already have some nice crystals. Now it's important to let the solution stand undisturbed for a while to let the crystals grow. Thus don't move or shake the glass every day but let it rest for a week or so. That was the crystals will grow and their number will increase
