Manuscript rejection despite the reviewers argree to accept it (BMC infectious diseases)

My manuscript is rejected by BMC infectious diseases after two years. I got the revesion from four reviewers and i answer each reviewers comments. After revesion the 3 reviewers accepted to check the revised manuscript and all of them agree to accept the manuscript while editor rejected the manuscript with any reason. is there is any criteria to check to editors and journal capability. Need your suggestions
