Basically, no. In this case, no calibration table can be created from a single-point of data. No response curve can be formulated documenting the type of response measured (e.g. linear, non-linear etc) to demonstrate 'response vs. concentration'.

However, if you have ONE concentration to use as a standard, why not dilute it to prepare additional calibration levels for use in creating a calibration table?

As William Letter William Letter says, it’s impossible to accurately quantify with just one data point. However, there is a somewhat inaccurate method: you can use the known concentration of the standard and control the injection volume to achieve a series of different concentrations for injection analysis. If the injection volume control is accurate, you can also obtain a standard curve. Although not very accurate, it is still helpful for roughly estimating the amount of active ingredient in the extract species. In addition, if you have enough of your existing standard, you can dilute the sample to obtain different concentrations, as William Letter said, which will be more accurate. A way to do this is standard addition. IF you know the standard concentration accurately, and it is relatively close to that in present endogenously in the samples, THEN you can run the samples with and without a spiked sample and infer the endogenous concentration from peak area differences.
