we have been using VinoTaste Pro for a while now, which has been working really well. Should be available via the supplier website, they are helpful if you send them an email.

When I was in Dr Heng Chooi's lab at University of Western Australia, we have been used extralyse (Laffort enzymes, CWS), which works quite well in fungal protoplast preparation.

We used VinoTaste Pro from Lamothe-Abiet for Penicillium and Aspergillus. You have to use a bit more, but it is significantly cheaper than the discontinued enzyme from Sigma.
