Well, heat capacities will be around 500 J/kg/K.

So that is 500,000 J/ton/K

Equally, conductivity values for steels are about 40W/m/K

So that's 0.04W/mm/K

(just simple SI manipulation)

Yup.

So 1J becomes 0.001 Nmm and so on.
