during my research for information about neoadjuvant therapy, I have found a powerpoint presentation with the following information:
"Chemonaive tumors are very informative for the assessment of treatment response and to guide adjuvant therapy (Advantage for research) – but loss of staging information".
My question is: why do I have a loss of staging information?

Unfortunatelly, I have deleted this presentation.
Maybe I will delete this slide from my presentation - it is really somewhat confusing.
But of course, I am still interested, why there is a loss of staging information when patients were treated before due to cancer.
