I am looking for the routine biochemistry analyzer for liver function tests. I need it for rats therefore it should require small amount of blood. Also I want to measure prothrombin time. Please suggest a good and cheap device on the market with light exploitation features. Thanks.

Unfortunately currently we can not use patient lab at our place, therefore we want to have device on our own, but rather simple one then the high load analyzers. Thanks for the suggestions!
yes you can use autoanalyzer for liver function tests. For example, ROche, Siemens, Abbott, Beckmann and Olympus are auto analyzer and thera are commercial kit for tests.
Actually you need two different analyzer, because coagulometric methods cannot be implemented on standard chemistry analyzers. The smallest automatic instrument for chemistry is Cobas c 111 from Roche (http://www.poc.roche.com/en_US/pdf/cobas_c_111_brochure.pdf), but if you can get a second hand Konelab (older models) that would be cheaper. For PT you can look for a manual or semimanual coagulometers, there are lots of alternatives.
