It seems you have excellent track of publication along with citations. Please try to reach as many scientist as possible. As Subhash C. Juneja recommended, try to contact all of those scientist whom you feel are working on the same or closely related to your field of interest. Best.

As I mentioned earlier, please try to reach as many people as possible via email with these documents. First screen institutions and then scientists according to your field of interest then contact them with these attachments. If someone is looking for a candidate, they will show interest to you. We really need patience in this situation. Try all possible universities or institute regardless of how famous those are or even moderate quality or low rated. Best.
