I did a search for you on BenchSci for anti-rat Sca1, and I found one from Acris (73-122) that has been published in Nature on FACs.

Possible nomenclature confusion here: do you mean SCA1 (gene ID 6310, also known as ATXN1 or Ataxin) or are you looking for anti-Sca-1 (gene ID 110454, better known as Ly6a, lymphocyte antigen 6 complex )? We suspect you mean the latter. If so, then antibodies-online does have a mAb that they indicate is rat reactive and suitable for FC. Here are our listings:
