Hello everyone,

Our group has started a Doctor of Nursing (DNP) project on the podcast as a learning tool for practicing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs).

Our problem statement:

" In Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs), does implementation of an educational podcast increase their knowledge and confidence in anesthesia management for uncommon patient conditions in a 30-day time frame? "

We will be recording a podcast in an uncommon patient condition. We will give the audio file to the CRNAs. We are thinking of doing a pre-test and post-test to evaluate the knowledge gain from their baseline. Our other goal is to see if the podcast works as a learning tool for practicing CRNAs.

The purpose of this question is to see if you can help us find a validated pre-test/post-test research instrument that can measure knowledge gain. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you!
