We are looking for a better way to store our primary cel lines. Below there are products that we are considering:

1. HyClone "HyCryo 2× cryopreservation medium for general use"

https://us.vwr.com/assetsvc/asset/en_US/id/17976848/contents

2. Invitrogen "Recovery cell culture freezing medium"

https://tools.thermofisher.com/content/sfs/manuals/12648010_cell_culture_freeze_media_PI.pdf

3. Sigma "CryoSOfree™ DMSO-free Cryopreservation Medium"

http://www.sigmaaldrich.com/content/dam/sigma-aldrich/docs/Sigma/Datasheet/9/c9249dat.pdf

4. Zenoaq "CELLBANKER® 1"

http://www.amsbio.com/cellbanker-freezing-media.aspx

Did anyone use those cryopreservation solutions before?

How was the survival rate after thawing?

Maybe you can give me some suggestions or recommendations.

Thanks for your great help!
