Lipofectamine3000 transfection for MJ cells?

Hi all. I am attempting to transfect a ~10kb plasmid into MJ cells using LP3000. MJs are a lymphocyte cell line that is chronically infected with HTLV-1. Downstream, will transfect siRNAs using RNAiMax to look for knockdown in gfp. Has anyone performed this transfection before and can share any details to optimise the transfection efficiency? Can this cell line even be transfected well? TIA.
