I am not a "lipids" expert, and also nobody in my lab... but I need to perform a glycolipid extraction and fractionation. To remove the chloroform I can use a Speed vac device, but it is out of our lab, in a lab pretty far from where I work and I was wondering if to keep the extracted lipids in the chloroform for some hours until I could evaporate it in the Speed vac could negatively affect the "quality" of my sample.

Thank you in advance!
