Depending on the molecular weight that should be OK for dynamic light scattering. Estimating a volume of 50 uL (for measurement in a disposable cuvette, can be lower in quartz) and 10 ug of protein, the concentration of 0.2 mg/mL should be OK for any protein above ~10 kDa. I think the other techniques may be more challenging, or at minimum require very long data collection times.
