Hi,

I recently saw that different lectins have sometimes been used to stain myelinated and unmyleinated fibers in the peripheral nervous system. I was curious, if anyone has had experiences with lectins staining fibers in the CNS as well? Given that myelin contains some glycoproteins etc, I thought there was a good chance, but I couldn't find literature which focused on CNS.

Thanks! :)
