Please help identify the possible symptom observed in Capsicum annuum leaves. From my observation, it doesn't look like it is pathological (my guess is a physiological symptom but i'm not sure of which).
Hmm, it looks like just one set of leaves of a similar age are showing the spots. The older leaves and younger ones appear to be healthy. Was your plant replanted at a time when those affected leaves were growing? Or, perhaps there was an episode of heat stress? Overall, the plant looks pretty healthy. If no new lesions appear it might have just been an environmental factor.
The plant is regenerated through tissueculture. We kept for hardening at a humidity chamber with controlled temperature (so i don't think it could be heat stress). Could humidity be the reason? I read some information about Manganese stress in plants that have these similar symptoms. Could it be possibly related? Kindly share your opinion if it could be a physiological symptom due to any mineral stress. Thank you.
Humidity stress makes sense to me. Moving from tissue culture to soil is a big change. Mineral stress is possible but typically there would be sufficient minerals in potting soil. Do you see the same symptoms on all the plants or just some?
