Hi all,
I am trying to simulate aKöhler illumination in Zemax to have a homogeneous and collimated light on my target. I have designed a Köhler illumination with collector and condenser lens, apertures, etc and could achieve a homogeneous and collimated illumination. But the point is that the system is highly sensitive to its parameters. So that if I just move one lens for less than a millimeter, everything is ruined. I wonder how I can build up this set up on an optical bench with real lenses, etc and still have a homogeneous and collimated illumination. How could I adjust the whole optics so accurately? Or is something wrong with my simulation?
Best regards
Sara
