Keeping in mind poor health infrastructure,what are the practical steps for resource poor countries in fight against COVID-19?most of these countries have high population density.

I do agree that there is many poor countries Thrid World Countries list in the world.
How the poor people have poor health infrastructural facilities in their respective countries and how the Corona Virus could be protected in given situations and conditions which are not conducive to these LDC people. Unless or otherwise, any effective medical prevention measures have to be taken on these countries. Things will be very worst than the current environment. What is the contribution of WHO and the UN on this serious occasion? The need of the hour to think very seriously about this issue rather than other developmental activities. For every issue, human beings are the main stakeholders who are responsible for all other future scenarios.

Isolation, and repeated proper hand washing doesn't need much of resources.
