My problem is related to kaempferol solubility and their precipitate formation.

1. When I try to dissolve kaempferol in DMSO it was dissolved but later when I further dilute the stock solution with PBS or in media it will precipitate.

2. When I dissolved kaempferol in ethanol it was dissolved but it will not form precipitate when dilute in PBS or media at lower concentrations like less than 100uM but when the concentration will goes higher it will start precipitate gradually.

3. When I try to check the cytotoxicity effect of kaempferol against Hut-78 cells it shows some cytotoxicity but it was showing some colour change in media at different level of concentration and after the incubation of treated cells for 24 hrs or more and when I add MTT solution in the well it was showing some dark violet/purple colour after incubation at higher concentration 50,100,200,300,400.

If anyone have any kind of suggestions or solution it will very thankful to you. My whole PhD work is halt due to this problem, Please help me. Thank you
