Does anyone have experience with the markers expressed on K562 cells? I have checked DSMZ and when I stain my cells with the markers stated that K562 should be positive for and run the profile on flow cytometry, it seems as if the markers are negative instead of positive. One example being CD235a. I was wondering if anyone else had experience in labeling K562 cells and could share their experience. These are newly thawed K562 and I have waited one week and a half before starting experiments with them or checking their marker expressions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

You can use anti-CD71. You will get aroud
90% of a positive marker.
