The best way to find a journal is using Scimago. You can search journals by name, for instance by typing "Decision" or "Decision analysis" and will find every journal in the field (with their H index, impact factor, and SJR).

Here are a few journals:

- Thinking & Reasoning

There is actually a journal called "Journal of Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis". There is also a journal called "International Journal of Multicriteria Decision Making".

I would also consider journals more specific to your area eg transportation, health and so on.
