Thank you very much for your impressive comment, I do agree with you sir. My answer is NO, this is because such journals as you mentioned sir, is so called non-indexed journals and does not covered by Scopus or Thomson Reuters.

So in order to avoid "fake" or predatory journals we as a researcher have to follow a trusted journals and posting our recent paper in them, also to ensure getting more active interaction with other scholars and gained citations.

- SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) is an improved alternative for IF which uses an algorithm similar to Google PageRank.( http://www. scimagojr.com/howtocite.)

- Eigen factor is derived from a similar philosophy to SJR. Yet, it use raw data of Thomson Reuters (www. eigenfactor.org).

- Source Normalized Impact per Paper (SNIP) introduced by Leiden University and used Scopus data (www.journalindicators.com) it measure the average number of citation like IF.
