Dear Philipp, Unpublished MSs are dangerous to quote.
This is easy to answer, but you will need to do some sifting.
The quotes around the phrases are important.

ich untersuche in meiner Diss auch Einflüsse auf proaktives Verhalten (u.a. Job Crafting), bin aber gerade am Verschriftlichen der Artikel. Wie geht eure Metananalyse voran? Ich würde ungern vor Veröffentlichung meine Daten hergeben.
