ITO - PDMS plasma bonding, any idea?

Hello,

we are currently working on a method of bonding ITO (coated glass slides) to PDMS. With our general parameters (30W + O2 plasma exposure and 30min resting at 90°C) using cleaned substrates, we didnt have success yet.

Has anyone ever used this method as many people use ITO-coated glass substrates bought from Sigma Aldrich?
