I think it was not possible to complete Phase-III trial by this very small span of time. So, the efficacy and safety of the said vaccine are not beyond doubt.

I think so, which vaccine will make to follow the proper guideline or trial phases, those vaccines will carry the welfare indeed.
We have already had narcolepsy as an unwanted side-effect of a vaccine. I would not volunteer as a subject for a COVID-vaccine at this stage.
It appears that so far no effective vaccine has been found against Covid-19.
We should always hope for the best evidence provided by RCTs and reliable medical research reports. Let's wait 4 the best.
Recent researches suggested that it is 92% effective. But from my pov further studies have to be made to be certain about its effectivity in the future.
