Go for peak purity analysis using PDA

PDA is unreliable.

Although is not confirm 100 %, you can do purity check of the peak, using PDA detector. I think most HPLC equipments (Agilent, Shimadzu, Waters etc) have software for checking the purity of the peak (using PDA detector). If you can do with LC-MS or LC-MS MS than it will be nicer.
