When we do a research or studies are sometimes constrained the corresponding data that we can use for the material of the study, analysis and discussion as well as testing. If the parametric data are not available and thus difficult to obtain research carried out tend to choose and use a non parametric data. With the aim of research can still be run and completed.

I am not sure if I have understood your question, anyway, I’ll try to help you in the way you are asking.
When you collect data, you must think only in the rigurosity of the measurement. Then, when you have the dataset, you should test all the variables to know if they are adjusted to the normal or not. In case you find that the variables are adjusted to the normal, you should performe parametric test. If not, then non parametric test.
