It would be a good achievement to be able to find some guidelines applicable to many people. Once you have known different realities, you realize the inequity in the distribution of resources. Okay, I know it sounds crazy but when I first began teaching in the classroom I did not have any self confidence. I was teaching MBA students who had significant business experience and I was from the public sector. I finally decided to reflect on the best teachers I had ever seen. I just followed there example and pretended I was acting their part in a Hollywood movie. After 2-3 weeks of "acting" my fears were gone and my confidence was established. I guess that comes under "Fake it till you make it."
