Is your Analyst folders in the computer or in the server ? Is it validated for GLP purposes (i mean the security permissions) ?

Hi, thank your for responding. The folders are on the computer and the data /methods are backed up on the server every night. I don't have the option of asking Sciex as we don't have a service contract

sciex is usually not that square in answering questions on the phone as other companies.

send me the file and tell me exactly what you want to do to see if I can do it. Are you using Analyst or Multiquan?

Check the "Roles" in the "security configuration" panel. For example check if "Add and remove samples from results table" is activated (see attached pic).
