Issues with salivary alpha-amylase ELISA assay?

Hello,

I am experiencing issues with our salivary alpha-amylase ELISA assay. Our high control is running lower than the acceptable range. The assay is run at 37C with OD readings at 1min and 3 min.

Anyone else have this issue? Any thoughts on why we are having this issue?
