Hi all, I am starting to analyzing the Bisphenol A,F, S, AP,AF,P, and Z using HPLC/FD if anyone can help me to find out a good separation method using water/methanol as mobile phase .Thanks for your help and any input would be appreciated
Have you searched the Journal of Chromatography A and SciFinder? There are plenty of articles. For example see the following link one for 7 bisphenols. There is no restriction in HPLC to use MeOH only. ACN is another suitable solvent, if MeOH doesn't work.
Hi M.Farooq Wahab yes i looked at this articles and others most of them in LC-MS i looked at another articles which using ACN/H2O as a mobile phase in HPLC/FD thanks for your help
