I inform you that despite the widespread use of the EEWS and TRUAA methods, these methods were applied without knowledge of geophysics and the stages of earthquake development, without knowledge of the time standards necessary to save human lives, especially the lives of children in children's institutions. This method can only be used by a person who is ready to lead the country to great sacrifices. Only the immediate implementation of short-term earthquake forecasting can save the lives of our children. I demand an immediate consideration of this issue in the presence of the prosecutor's office and the academic council. I urge you to consider the desire and possibility of creating a laboratory for short-term earthquake forecasting in Israel. There is an urgent need to establish a short-term earthquake forecasting network. I am willing to work under contract as a consultant using my method. If my methodology is not implemented, Israel may suffer significant losses. Methods that simply notify people after the earthquake has started are effective in cases of tsunamis and other related disasters. However, for earthquakes, especially in epicentral zones, only an accurate short-term forecast can save lives. I am the only expert in this method. До того, как Хамас и другие террористы 7.10 резали, насиловали детей и девушек, пенсионеров (там и арабов несколько убили), они и сейчас держат заложников. Это делают только бандиты. Все народы мира осудили насилие, убийства и никто в здравом уме не может говорить, что насильники - правы. Религия мусульман не позволяет это делать. Мой родственник - мулла, его уважал миллионный город. Ислам против насилия. Это террористы, бандиты провоцируют войны. Израилю нужен мир. Те, кто насиловал и те, кто защищает насильников должны сдаться для суда. Суд 1945 года осуждал все это.
Я полагаю, что те, кто любит убивать и насиловать, те, кто и сейчас не отпускают гражданских заложников, их ненавидят даже в Газе. Я помню, как мирной Газе террористы захватили власть, заставляли ставить ракеты на крыши домов, заставляли детей копать траншеи. Тогда им надо было помочь, не допустить к власти убийц, бандитов.
Сейчас все нормальные люди понимают где правда. Понимают, что евреи защищаются и защищают тех арабов, которые не помогают бандитам. Это гражданская война между арабами.
Это мы видим в Ливане, в Сирии. Будем надеяться на мир на Ближнем Востоке.
