I was wondering how to calculate the isoelectric point of a given length of DNA. Let's say a 20 bases DNA single strand. Could anyone help on this? Thanks a lot.

It can vary, but here are some descriptions of various nucleic acid pIs in primary literature.
I think it is generally accepted as ~5.
