As per Thomson Reuters reports 2017, the journal LITERATURA E AUTORITARISMO have no JCR impact factor.

But it is indexed. How is it possible to know more about the quality and strength of the journal?

i think it is indexed.

The quality and the strength of a journal depends on the following factors:

1.Number of citatiion

2. Quantum of recommendation on the Research gate

3. The impact factor of the journal which publishes the work

4. The rates at which readers access the article within short span of time

6. The relevance of the work and the potential for solving scientific and industrial challenges

6. The response of the academia to an article.

7. The life span of the technicality of the article before it become obdolete

8. Is the article a problem solver

9. How is the article contributing to knowledge.

10. Is it just a mere academic excerise

11. The novelity of the article

12. Feasibility of the article to stimulate establishment of a patent

13. Has it contribute to knowledge.

14. Does it provide solution to numerous challenges locally and internally?
