There is an ongoing debate on this issue and I join those how claim that willpower/self-control/self-regulation is not a limitied resource. However, there are many factors influencing on its strength, distribution and possible focus shifts; for example physiological (food, rest, sleep), psychological (drive, motivation, believes, personal traits), and ecological (context, environment, climate).
Well, if you read much of Baumeister's work, he has said that willpower, or more specifically, self-regulation is much like a muscle that you exercise and get better at. But it's also limited in that you have a specific amount that you can exercise at one point - for example, if you are putting yourself through a rigorous study schedule, then you would find it hard to diet or stick to an exercise schedule. So I would infer from his and several others' works that it is a single limited resource.

Will power in my opinion can be different for different acts viz., studies, lifestyle, personal relationships etc., in some acts it can be strong and in others may be compromised depending on situations, like in studies one can perform best but not in others, otherwise when willpower can make one best in studies then same output must be in other acts
Yes Ruchi, with strong will power many jobs can be handled with good success, and it also helps to fight adverse health and bad moods, becoa a person with strong will power thinks mostly positive and better
