Water by definition can't be an antioxidant. Another question is whether water is involved in the reactions of RNOS with molecules of antioxidant. This depends on the reaction. Plz, give an example of "enzymatic antioxidant."

Yurii V Geletii I think "enzyme antioxidants" means proteins involved in the catalytic transformation of reactive oxygen species, e.g. superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase.
