I've informally looked at the accuracy of the Microsoft Kinect (PC version) relative to Vicon and found the results to be significantly less accurate on Kinect compared to Vicon. But the results were dependent on a lot of factors, primarily the orientation of the use relative to the Kinect. It seems to be most accurate when the user is directly facing the Kinect.
Is there avaliable the data that has been used for the results mentioned above?
