I seem that this idea is exactly what Nicholas Cusanus already in did his De docta Ignorantia, and more appropriately in (Jasper Hopkins' site for the English translations). He discussed the relationship of his thought with Aristotle's principle of non contradiction in chp. XIX. I showed that he wordly anticipated some intuitionist logical laws. Best
