I just jumped on https://kopernio.com/?ref=wos redirected by the web of science website (http://apps.webofknowledge.com/). I'm just starting to explore this new tool, it seems to be interesting. Is there anyone who already experienced?

I started using Kopernio. It works only as a Chrome plug-in. In my opinion, it does not add anything to what you can already have by using the Google Scholar plug-in (e.g,. with Safari)
Luca Ardigò I give up also. Nothing new and quite annoying to see the pop up appearing very often. I just uninstalled.
No idea why clever company like Clarivate is sharing this not helpful tool. Mybe there is something that is not so clear up to now to me.
I used it for a while, then stopped. It searches fro PDF files of papers.
I personally found, Google Scholar plug-in more productive than kopernio.
Kopernio has resulted in double work for me since it does not Sync via cloud. It creates a local download folder. This has made a mess for me having to re-download articles across my work stations and laptop. Hundreds of articles for our systematic review had to be re-downloaded into EndNote b/c it does not sync to the on-line endnote nor does it share via cloud. A real mess!
I also encountered with this app just now while on clarivate analytic site.

Thanks for this informative discussion. Between what most of you have said and the following article ( https://scholarlykitchen.sspnet.org/2018/08/23/new-plugins-kopernio-unpaywall-pursuing/ ), I think I'll pass on Kopernio. Sounds very aggressive and not necessarily helpful.
I just got the Kopernio plugin and initially thought it great for easy article access via PubMed. Rather than going via my university library links for the the article, I can get a pdf version pop up immediately. Also it gives a link to add ref to add to endnote - but it does not as mentioned before too - it gives a .ris endnote downloadable version, but you have to go to endnote and import the reference from endnote. Confusing. I will try other plug ins recommended above.
A great tool. Works best if you have library subscription to journals or publishing houses. Then you get the PDF of the article straightaway without having to go through a tedious process of logging on and downloading etc.
I think it makes a difference in your research needs.
For example, I am a Ph.D. student who was looking for a robust reference manager. I did not have the time to learn how to use Mendalay(even though I use it sometimes) so Kopernio was my go-to ref. manager which was great for storing all my research articles. Last year they merged with EndNote which is equally or probably better than Kopernio, but again, it depends on what you use it for. I like the way it displays everything the articles contain, graphics, tables, and easily turns out bibliographies, annotated or otherwise.
