I've separated total lipids from the milk and intended to make liposomes out of it, can anyone guide me on which of the method is the most appropriate for total milk lipid liposomes preparation.
Better to avoid techniques which are harmful to users and environment. New techniques have eliminated need to use "ORGANIC SOLVENTS" (e.g. chloroform, methanol) or "HIGH PRESSURE PROCEDURES" such as homogenization or microfluidization.
