no sperms by themselves dont contain sperms but are modified by the testosterone production produced by leydig cells from the adjacent leyfdig cells and from sertoli cells effects of FSH comes which helps in maturarion of sperms to finally get the spermatogenesis and ultimayely with the addition of prodstatic and seminiferous tubule secretions semen secretions addto volume of semen which nourish the semen etc etc.prior to ejaculation.
