I am working on perovskite solar cells UV stability and Im looking for a software which can simulate PSCs to determine its stability. I know some software to determine solar cells efficiency but I dont know any simulation software for Sustainability measurement

Yes may be right. There are simulators for the performance calculations for a given physical and technological parameters of a solar cell.
The stability issue is concerned with the performance change during device operation under certain environmental conditions.
The change itself may be reversible and this can be studied by the simulator if properly modeled. The irreversible changes may be due to chemical reactions changing the materials of the cell. This must be remodeled and included in the physical model of the solar cells and thereby in the mathematical model such that one can study these changes by simulator.
I think it needs intensive investigations and efforts to model and include such stability and reliability effects into simulation.

you can try Wien2k code and/or BoltzTrap software, but essencially for bulk materials.
I think the best thing you can do is to perform 'real tests' by exposing your cells by different well characterized spectral sources and in different environmental conditions.
This method has the advantage to produce measured data that are to my opinion more accurate than simulated data.
Moreover the experimental setup is relatively simple compare to the intensive job needed to obtain an accuate simulation.

You could try gpvdm (https://www.gpvdm.com), it is designed to simulate both OPV and perovskite devices, in both time domain and steady sate. It comes with quite a large materials database.
