I am looking for an agar medium suitable to S. thermophilus growth but not for other Sptreptococci. I know about:
ST medium (other strep would grown nicely maybe I could change the carbon source from sucrose to lactose)
M17+lactose: for sure other strep would grow
Salivarium mitis agar: enterocci and streptococci would grow here too

There exit several papers concerning selective media for Staphylococcus thermophilus:There is some information:
i) Streptococcus thermophilus agar was found to be suitable for selective enumeration of S. thermophilus under aerobic incubation at 37 degrees C for 24 h (Dave and Shah, 1996)

You have to grow the culture at thermophilic condiation on above agar not at 37 0C so it differentiates from other Streptococci. it is best way to isolate only this strain by using the above mentioned agar.
You can use ST media at 24 h , 45 C under aerobic condition for St. thermophilus growth
