Is there anyway to delete the extra rows in OUTPUT results of PROC ANOVA when MEANS is used?

I mean whenever I want to compare means using MEANS after PROC ANOVA, there will be extra unwanted rows between rows of means. Do you by any chance know how I can remove them by SAS codes from the very beginning? Thank you in advance for any suggestion.
